"The mission is sweet."

this week felt like it lasted for forever but it was still good.

first and foremost our investigator got baptized!!! it was probably one of the most stressful baptisms that i have had but he did it. first of all we couldn’t find clothes for him until the day of. let me tell you, i am going to have clothes ready a week before my next baptism. also we thought that it was only going to take 3 hours to fill up the font with water,  but we had no idea it takes 7 hours to put hot water in the font so we had to put a bunch of cold water in. its all good though. it wasn’t that cold. and the last thing that we had to deal with was the guy had his toe cut off 4 weeks ago and he couldn’t get it wet so we put a bag over it but it still got wet. it’s a bummer but it is what it is. he was really happy though.

also our other investigators are progressing really well! they are the couple that lost a baby at 5 days. anyway every time we have lessons with them the lessons goes super well. they really want to progress. they went to church yesterday and they stayed for all 3 hours and they loved it!!! we are really happy for them. the only thing that we have to help them with is the word of wisdom. but they really do have the desire. i feel like this week is going to be the real make it or break it week with them so pray for us.

sorry this letter is going to be really short cause our time is going to cut because we got back late from p-day today. we went to a national park of chile. its called the siete tazas. its a huge river that goes though the mountains. it was honestly one of the most beautiful things i have ever seen. the water was crystal clear and super clean. it reminded me a lot of yosemite but the water was way better. we just hung out there all day but our time is getting cut because of it. the worst part about it is we had to wake up at 5 o’clock to go but it was worth it.

love you guys. the mission is sweet. thanks for your support!!
